The Role😎
Reporting directly to the Co-founder & CEO – Sarat Pediredla, you will become an influential member of the executive team with the autonomy to make things happen at pace and scale. Collaborating with the leadership team you will set and implement hedgehog lab’s strategic technology direction ensuring compatibility with the overall commercial strategy and business aims. This will include creating an innovative culture to inspire, nurture and develop the company's technical staff base.
You will work closely with customer’ stakeholders, ensuring their business objectives and needs align with the current and desired future technology strategy. You will help guide product strategy and architectural decisions, demonstrating thought leadership and expertise, particularly around digital products on mobile, web and connected platforms. Customer projects at hedgehog lab range from simple web portals to complex, logic-based enterprise applications with APIs. Therefore, you will be well-informed about all issues impacting digital transformation programmes and the development of digital solutions that access disparate information trapped in data silos between legacy systems, modern applications, and APIs.
Must Have Requirements 🤓
- A proven experience as a CTO/CPTO or similar leadership role within a digital agency, consulting, or professional services setting.
- An outstanding track record of leading digital & technology transformation that delivers significant business value across multiple industry sectors.
- Significant experience of leading digital strategy development that balances the strategic vision with agile and flexible solutions
- Expertise in modern technology best practices, methodologies, and techniques & able to bring the concepts of Agile and DevOps to life for hedgehog lab and their clients.
- Experience of building and scaling a best-in-class international service-oriented delivery engine that comprises on/near/offshore teams to create effective delivery models.
- A formal background in software engineering making you a technology evangelist & thought leader, who regularly speaks at technology events and may possibly blog.

The Interview Process 🎬
Stage 1: An informal initial call with the CEO to ensure we are a right fit for you and you are the right fit for us.
Stage 2: A formal interview with the CEO, Chairperson and our Interim CTO to evaluate your experiences, suitability for the role, and your skills.
Stage 3: A formal presentation to the Board of Directors on a set brief around how you would approach the direction and strategy of the Product & Technology capabilities of hedgehog lab.
